Where can I buy a pair if brown cowboy boots for less than 30 bucks in the Indianapolis area?

I’m visiting a friend in Indy and we got invited to a western themed party but I don’t have anyy cowboy boots! But i’m not spending 50 – 300 bucks on a pair boots I’ll only wear one time! So does anyone in the Indianapolis area know a store or flea market that has reasonably prices boots?

Ebay! lots and lots of really cheap boots on there orrrr you could look around op shops they will have some boots i’m sure
