Hi!
I was wondering if anyone knows of any good western or cowboy series or sagas?
I have already read:
Janet Dailey’s: Calder Saga
Linda Lael Miller’s: The McKettrick Series (all of them)
Genell Dellin’s: Montana Series
Teresa Bodwell’s: Loving Mercy & Loving Miranda
Linda Lael Miller’s: Orphan Train Series
Thats all I can think of right now. So any recommendations?
The only thing is that I really want western type books. But if you have any other books that are amazing you can include those as well.
If you want to include other books besides western/cowboy, I like teen, romance, horror, basically any book that is really good.
I will give 10 points to the best answer!
Thanks in advance! ![]()
The border trilofy by Cormac McCarthy
Holmes on the Range by Steve Hockensmith. is one of the best western novels ive read in a long time.
as a warning it is a mystery/humor book but it has enough action and deepness to not be a one trick Pony. (pardon the pun)

the road of the dead by kevin brooks isn’t set in the american west but the author said he was inspired by westerns, and the book has a western standoffish feel… it’s set in england though

Dead Man’s Walk, Commanche Moon and Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurtry, read in that order.
"The Sweetest Gift" by Janet Mills
